Stress Management and Holistic Wellness
Wellness involves a constant observation of yourself, and a constant modification of behaviour. As we grow in one area of our lives, so our responses to things in other areas of our lives change.
There are four aspects of Wellness;

2. Definitions of self
3. Progression
4. Maintenance
The following six areas of your life will be observed and understood.
For immediate intervention, and to understand your self, you need to look at your relationships with the following six external experiences or areas of your life.
1. Family
2. Friends
3. Spirituality
4. Work
5. Money
6. Health
