Meditation The Easy Way!

Meditation is one of the easiest things in the world to do, in fact, we do it naturally every time we prepare ourselves to go to sleep!

The point of meditation is to mediate between the conscious and subconscious mind. It is NOT a religion, and all people form every belief system should be able to find benefit and peace from a daily meditation.

The easiest way to meditate is to sit at a table in a straight chair. Have a pen and a piece of paper in front of you.

Gaze for a moment at the piece of paper, take a deep breath and allow your mind to slow down. As you do this, you will notice that your breathing slows down.

Gently close your eyes and see the piece of paper in your minds eye. Take a deep breath, and then open your eyes and write down a few words about what you are thinking about in that moment.

Once again gaze at the paper , let your mind slow down, allow your breathing to slow down, close your eyes, see the paper in your minds eye, open your eyes and write down what you are thinking.

Repeat this for about 30 minutes.
